How far away is Playa del Carmen?
Playa del Carmen is approximately 55 minutes from the Cancún Airport. You can book a direct transfer or choose our Open Service, which includes waiting time and stops so you can explore the streets, shops, and local cuisine at your own pace.
How do you get to the islands of the Riviera Maya?
We offer private transfers to the ferry terminals in Puerto Juárez, Playa del Carmen, and Chiquilá, with connections to Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, and Holbox. Travel in comfort and arrive on time to board your ferry.
Is it easy to get to Tulum?
Yes, getting to Tulum is easy with Smart Ride. The trip from the airport takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes. We recommend choosing options such as stops at stores or for snacks for added convenience. You can also select our personalized service to enjoy Tulum with more freedom.
What currency is accepted?
We accept payments in Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars in cash, using the current exchange rate, with no commissions or additional fees.
How long does each transfer take?
We offer private transfers from the Cancún Airport to Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum, Costa Mujeres, and Chiquilá (Holbox). Travel times range from 25 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes, depending on the destination, traffic, and weather conditions.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes. At Smart Ride, we allow pets on our private transfers, provided they travel in a carrier. Service animals are permitted without this requirement. In the event of damage or additional cleaning of the vehicle, the passenger must cover the corresponding costs.
